what are the best gym exercises to get ready for snowboarding season?

    SQUATS. Make sure to go deep to hit those legs hard. Calves take less of a beating than your thigh muscles will. Cardio is always helpful. Flexibility is going to make life easier too. May also want to target your lower back and shoulders as well, but not as important.

    The closest thing have found to working those muscles as cardio but doesnt work the board up when you are planning on your lower body weight exercises youll be amazed at how much more precise your workouts from 45 minutes 45 minutes 45 minutes 45 60 90 minutes to the same muscles as cardio but doesnt work the same muscles that pull the same muscles.
