This is not for beginners so make sure you are up for it before you try this one if you are a total gym novice.
If you perform this improperly you will hit your head and hurt your neck.
All exercises have risks, i.e. you can drop a dumbbell on your head while performing shoulder press, so be careful to perform this exercise properly like any exercise.
The Total Gym is a versatile machine which allows you to be creative.
This version of shoulder press is a great way to keep your lower back and rear deltoids stabilized while you work your shoulders and triceps.
