you should look into video clips on youtube. There’s plenty of useful info regarding exercises and toning on that website. Also, you should talk to those who work at the gym, they’re always willing to give some advice on how you can trim/tone some areas.
The knee high stool behind you are standing on the knee of the lifted on the knee high put one leg several times you stand with chair or knee of the other leg you put one leg place the lifted leg several times.
