I just joined a gym and wanted to know what exercises I could do to slim my thighs?

I just recently joined the gym and like the treadmill a lot I would really like to slim down my thighs and a little on my arms. I know there’s no such thing as spot exercising but are there exercises to make my thighs look less bulky?

    you should look into video clips on youtube. There’s plenty of useful info regarding exercises and toning on that website. Also, you should talk to those who work at the gym, they’re always willing to give some advice on how you can trim/tone some areas.
